ALL orders MUST be placed through our order website. You can call us support for help, but all orders need to be placed through our order site. Messages and emails will not count as orders.
When you reach the CHECKOUT page, enter your address, and choose pick up or delivery in the “shipping” section.
- DELIVERIES: if you would like delivery, please be sure to choose the deliver option under the "shipping" section and select the date and verify the time slot. Deliveries are made between 9am-3pm. Individual time slots are not available for deliveries due to quantity of orders, traffic, and route efficiency. We'll do our best to notify you of an expected delivery time and your patience is greatly appreciated! If you don’t see a delivery option on the checkout page, the deliver address is outside our delivery range or our order delivery limit has already been reached for this delivery date.
- PICK UP: if you are picking up, please be sure to choose the pickup options under the "shipping" section and select the date and time slot of when you would like to pick up your order. Spaces in each slot are limited to prevent overcrowding. Orders will be packed according to their slot, so please pick up at that designated time or later. Your order will not be available for early pickup. If you don’t see a time slot available on the checkout page, the order limit has already been reached for this time slot.
